Thermoforming Machine (TF-1012)
The heating furnace of the TF – 1012 model uses a PID temperature control module, ensuring excellent molding quality with an easy-to-use smart human-machine interface. The absolute value servo motor control allows for fast positioning and a stable machine body. Punching Machine (PH-1042)
This machine is designed for punching processing of packaging materials that require a cold chain. It uses a servo motor combined with a gearbox to drive linear rails and an eccentric wheel for punching operations. The upper and lower mold beds are flat with minimal tolerance, ensuring precise punching when paired with punching molds, resulting in smooth cuts with no debris.
Shape Cutting Machine (SC-1042)
The SC - 1042 is designed for processing finished product shapes. The structure is welded from steel plates and heat-treated to minimize deformation. The upper and lower mold beds are flat with minimal tolerance, working in conjunction with a servo motor and gearbox to drive the linear rails, ensuring smooth operation. It uses special steel cutters for precise cutting, resulting in clean cuts with no debris.
