Equips with special design auto feeding unit that manual stack product and auto loading to finish auto inspection process including trimming dimension, springs loading inspection and auto separate good product from defect product.
Use IPC machine with CCD Gray-level camera to scan the trimming dimension and the dimension inspection tolerance is ±0.02 mm to make sure all good product for customers.
